20 years of Busy Bea's!
Busy Bea’s Market Garden was started by my parents John and Bea Aleman in 1989. Dad raised vegetables on his acreage north of the Broxburn Road for 10 years. In 1999 I took over the business and have operated it since then. Together with my wife Cindy we started on an acre of rented land near Monarch. In 2007 we left the farmer’s market to build a new home on our own land. We returned to the farmer’s market in 2011.
